Overview
Operations Coordinator - Health Services Job Summary In this role, you are a key team player on the Business Ancillary Services Team to enable us to achieve the team goals. You will communicate frequently with team members and other departments at ATI to track progress, influence team members, and ensure successful completion of each team commitment to our external partners.
Responsibilities
Core Duties
Maintain day-to-day business operations for business ancillary service locations.
Manage and coordinate all activities for business ancillary services system conversions and acquisition conversions, ensuring well-planned and well-delivered conversions occur.
Manage and coordinate on site activities and remote system conversion activities such as new patient registration, creation of CIV requests, schedule loads and reviews for system conversions.
Provide business ancillary services front office training and develop those training materials as needed.
Provide onsite and remote support to business ancillary services as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Preferred High School diploma
3 or more years in a health care administrative position
Minimum Experience:
Preferred:
3 or more years of office experience in a health or IT-related role
2 or more years of front office training
2 or more years of project coordination
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
