Provides direct patient care support under the supervision of a licensed PT/OT or PTA/COTA (as allowable per state statutes), as well as prioritized administrative support to ensure seamless clinic workflow and operations.
Employee's training, education and/or experience enables greater independence with instructing and supervising prescribed clinical exercises and modalities; and provides observational feedback regarding the patient's progress to the prescribing therapist.
Acts as an escalation point for OSS I
Assists with OSS I onboarding support as requested
Able to instruct prescribed exercises with minimal correction/supervision by the clinician team
Provides observations/feedback to the prescribing therapist regarding the patient's performance and progression of the treatment plan.
May perform injury screens (if appropriately licensed)

1-2 years of successful performance of OSS I level duties; or
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of directly related experience.
Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
Certified Personal Trainer experience.
