Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Orlando, FL -World Wrestling Entertainment(WWE)

Status: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of WWE postoperative rehabilitation program, alongside current resident PT

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms

• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan

• Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise technique

• Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress

• Coverage for WWE shows/events, shoots, try-outs, and training room hours

• Escort talent to local ER if injured during event

• Attend weekly medical call with staff, doctors and athletic trainers

• Prepare and generate reports as needed

• Proactively communicate issues and follow-up with Medical staff

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5+ years related experience as a physical therapist

• Certification as a licensed physical therapist

• Certification in emergency preparedness/first responder

• Ability to communicate effectively with others, manage multiple priorities and tasks, and maintain attention to detail

• Prior experience in and ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems

• Understand and ability to use complex medical terminology

• Highly organized with superior time management skills

• Self-motivated and works well independently

• Expertise in Microsoft office suite, especially with Excel
