As Senior Business Development Manager-Worker’s Compensation/Auto Personal Injury, you will partner with sales and cross-functional leadership to complete market analyses, create a territory strategy and generate worker’s compensation and auto/personal injury referral growth and volume. You will make daily calls to referral sources to coordinate and execute sales, drive growth via all channels and plans, conduct networking/educational events. Success in this role will depend on your ability to create, develop and maintain relationships with executive level leadership with key accounts as well as owning cross-functional initiatives that drive growth for regional and national impact. In addition, you will assist leadership in training and developing physician focused Business Development Managers in WC/API referrals across the region.

Through field and remote outreach, you will focus on Employer, Payer, and Case Management customer acquisition and retention. Furthermore, you will drive lead generation and sales for other ATI contract and on-site service lines.

Territory Geography:

  • This is a field sales position with a primary territory in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.

What you bring to be successful:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in exercise science/ physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology.

  • 6+ years healthcare sales or clinical experience in the physical therapy industry.

  • WC/API industry experience as Nurse Case Manager, adjustor or paralegal, etc.

  • Past leadership experience.

  • Established book of business in Worker’s Compensation/Auto Personal Injury sales, service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate ATI’s Worker’s Compensation/Auto Personal Injury value proposition

  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders including attorneys, nurse case managers, adjustors, employers and high-volume worker’s compensation physician to drive partnerships and results

  • Identify WC/API referral networks and partner with internal payer team to assess opportunities and create appropriate partnerships to drive WC/API referrals

  • Use Salesforce, MS Office and other systems and tools to create opportunities to drive incremental growth

  • Develop and use strategic influential strategies to build alliances and partnerships that generate support and drive results.

  • Analyze and leverage market trends to build business plans to drive results.

  • Achieve quarterly sales quota

  • Build organizational alliances and partnerships to drive results.

  • Coach and further develop team members to include field rides with physician-focused Business Development Managers to reinforce ATI’s Worker’s Compensation / Auto Personal Injury value proposition to drive incremental referrals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience in exercise science/ physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology.

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Experience:

  • 6+ years healthcare sales or clinical experience in the physical therapy industry required.

  • WC/API industry experience as Nurse Case Manager, adjustor or paralegal, etc. required.

  • Past leadership experience preferred.

  • Established book of business in Worker’s Compensation/Auto Personal Injury sales, service experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of patient care process from initial WC/API injury to return to maximum medical improvement
