Overview
The IT Business Partner will serve as the strategic interface between IT and assigned business units and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide IT solutions that drive business goals. The IT Business Partner will own an IT portfolio of products and services, align on business demand for IT Services and Support, drive key projects, and ensure successful delivery of IT Services.
This specific role will have a primary focus on supporting Health Service business functions, including Sports Medicine, ATI Worksite Solutions, and Virtual Care, and will integrate with the Enterprise Architecture & Engineering teams to collaborate on solution design and implementation.
The IT Business Partner will report to Director, IT Business Partner and will interface with all levels of the organization including executive-level, technology partners, and key external service providers.
What you bring to be successful:
Experience in digital product development and healthcare technology required.
Experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar role demonstrating business and IT collaboration.
Experience designing workflows, requirements gathering, and measuring progress to target state outcomes.
Experience with Electronic Health Record software.
Experience with agile product delivery.
Familiarity with ITIL / Service Management.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to maintain a portfolio view of IT business products and identify opportunities to improve business processes using technology.
Provide thought leadership on technical service offerings, integrating with engineering and product teams, to ensure business requirements and objectives are delivered successfully.
Develop business requirements for agile development teams and propose testing, support, and training plans. Assist in designing data or application function workflows and necessary diagrams for business and engineering teams.
Lead and manage strategic technology partners and supporting technology vendors. Manages the staffing and deployment of assigned resources.
Conduct regular ongoing service reviews with the business stakeholders to ensure on-going alignment to priorities. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting on progress and areas for improvement.
Research and understand market trends to help provide input into the RCM long-term roadmap.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or health-care related field.
Preferred:
- MBA
Minimum Experience
Required:
5-8 years of experience in digital product development and healthcare technology.
3 years as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar role demonstrating business and IT collaboration
Experience designing workflows, requirements gathering, and measuring progress to target state outcomes
Preferred:
Experience with Electronic Health Record software
Experience with agile product delivery
Familiarity with ITIL / Service Management

Ability to write requirements, map workflows, and manage project plans.
Ability to provide delivery rigor and report scorecard / key initiative status to leadership.
Deep technical acumen in integration, reporting, and analytics technologies.
