“My time at ATI has been filled with community and opportunity. I started as a PT in 2019 and quickly transitioned into a Multisite Clinic Director role. The engagement with the operations team, Clinical Excellence team, my District Director, and organizational leaders has been incredible. ATI's resources have supported me as a provider and helped me understand my team and patients better. ATI truly invests in professional growth and personal interests, and I am super thankful for my team every day."

"My career at ATI began as an Orthopedic Resident and has since evolved into Mentor, Faculty Member, Clinic Director, Multisite Clinic Director, Regional Director, and now District Director II. This journey is special due to the support I've received and now pass on, that stems from ATI's culture, to the next generation of MSK leaders.

"My Career with ATI started with the residency program as a Sports Resident. I had the opportunity to meet many organizational leaders and learn from amazing mentors and seasoned clinicians. I have since had the opportunity to develop my clinical skills in various locations and connect and develop meaningful relationships with numerous other health care professionals. With the support of my leaders, mentors, and ATI I have been able to grow and step into my current role as a Clinic Director where I am able to share the knowledge I've gained with others."

Brittany Britt PT, DPT, SCS

"I began my journey with ATI in the Sports Residency Program and gradually advanced to roles such as clinical staff member, physician liaison, clinical instructor, residency mentor, lead clinician, and now Clinic Director and Residency Instructor. With the support of my peers and leaders, I discovered a new passion for pelvic health, leading to the revitalization and leadership of the pelvic health group within our district. The ATI family encourages growth and expertise at all levels, and I am excited about the continued opportunities that lie ahead."

Nadyne Tuttle PT, DPT, SCS

“I fell in love with Occupational Therapy during my undergraduate education. Throughout my career, I never once regretted my decision to become an Occupational Therapy Practitioner (OTP). I elected to focus my practice in musculoskeletal (MSK) care and went on to earn my CHT. Achieving this coveted certification helped me grow as a specialist & gave me confidence. In 2013 I started my career at ATI Physical Therapy. In my current role of IL Regional Hand Director, I prioritize continuing education & mentoring in the MSK practice setting. I want ATI OTPs to have the knowledge and resources they need to thrive at work and provide high-quality care for hand therapy patients.”

Michele Auch, OTD, OTR/L, CHT
Regional Hand Director

"One of the many reasons ATI is such a special place to work is our emphasis on development. I have been very grateful for my development journey at ATI, growing from Staff PT to CD to RD to DD and very recently to Dir of Practice Standards & CQI . ATI offers numerous programs that foster professional development, leadership development, clinical development and more. Our clinical development is particularly unique and includes Caseload Rounds, a weekly mentorship meeting between each clinician and their CD or more senior clinician. The intent of the Caseload Round meeting is to assist clinicians in their ability to deliver high quality patient care, resulting in strong patient outcomes & 5-star patient experiences. Discussions occur around care delivery, treatment techniques and approaches, care management, and collaboration with clinic team members on established plans of care."

Bari Ardell, PT, DPT
Director of Practice Standards & CQI

"I have been with ATI for 7 years and it has been amazing to see the support, mentorship, and development of students and staff alike!! I have seen first-hand, that ATI dedicates time and resources to empower teams to provide great clinical experiences that inspires students to excel, builds their confidence, and prepares them for successful careers in healthcare. This has led to some amazing students being hired into a like-minded organization with an incredible culture!! I have personally hired several students to join my clinical teams, and I have also developed many staff members into clinical specialists and clinic directors!! This intentional development of team members is a huge part of how ATI leads the industry in positive culture, positive patient experiences, and positive staff advancement. One of the many reasons I am proud to be part of ATI!"

Brian W Carr, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, ATC, LAT
Multi-Site Clinical Director

“I have held many positions and tried many different paths in my 18+ year career at ATI. I have worked as a staff physical therapist, Clinic Director, Multi-Site Clinic Director, and Regional Director. I have also assisted with CEU course creation and staff education as well as assisted with a precursor of the ATI Academy. Because of the broad reach that ATI has, I could try many avenues. When a position opened up in Compliance, I felt well suited to utilize all the gained knowledge to expand my reach and support employees across the company.”

Dan Sturgeon, PT, DPT, CHC
Director of Compliance and Auditing-Operations

“I came to ATI as part of the Upper Extremity Athlete Fellowship to gain mentorship from some of the most respected therapists in the baseball community. The program offered a very unique opportunity to spend an entire season with the Kansas City Royals physical therapy staff. This experience opened doors that have allowed me to work as a PT in professional baseball for more than a decade. I truly believe the fellowship was a vital stepping stone in my career.”

Justin Hahn, PT, DPT, SCS, OCS, CSCS
Director of Minor League Medical Services / Physical Therapist | Kansas City Royals

“Before the MSK Certificate program, I never understood what the mobility, stability, and pain classifications were and how they would impact my treatment. I have now started to use this with all my patients, and it now helps guide my interventions and progressions throughout the treatment program.”

Erin Zahn, PT

“I want to express how much I appreciate the thorough onboarding that ATI L&D has put into place. In my relatively short career, I have worked at companies both large and small, but I feel the most supported at ATI. I'm excited for the rest of the First 50 program!”
